πŸš€ Rebranding your L2?

(Here's why it might not be the magic fix you're looking for)

Greetings! The past two weeks have been packed on all fronts for the Myosin family. First and foremost, we had a bunch of members in Seoul for Korea Blockchain Week, with many hosting their own events (shout out Keplr, Initia, SojuDAO, Metastreet, and more), and of course, Myosin hosted a web3 growth masterclass where our cofounder Simon shared some growth hacks for founders and moderated a panel with Nibiru, Chainbase, and more.

I got to judge a Ripple XRPL hackathon, and all in all, Korea Blockchain Week was epic, and shout outs to Story, Kaia, Liquidity Summit, Pudgy Penguins, Light Node Ventures, and the Solana fam. I’ll share a recap thread with photos on Twitter before Token, so be sure to follow us at @myosin_xyz!

As for the Myosin fam, we are now resting up before diving into Token2049 and Breakpoint in Singapore next week, and our own offsite in Bali, where we’ll be celebrating our wins and plotting the future of the DAO.

TL;DR: expect massive upgrades to our network on all fronts, including a SaaS-style platform for members and clients to interact directly, greater decentralization, and increased usage of our token, $MYO.

Big things cooking.

See y’all next week! BMK

Probably not. Here's why...

Sure, it might give you a fresh look, but will a makeover help you scale faster? Reduce costs? Or strengthen your security?

Polina, our Community Guild Co-Lead, explains why a brand refresh might not cure your L2 woes. Because, let’s be real, when was the last time you picked an L2 because it had a cool logo?

Check out the full article for insights that'll make your marketing team think twice before getting lost in the rebrand rabbit hole.

This week, we sat down with Soju from Jupiter Exchange to discuss what it takes to crush your token generation event (TGE). We dove into:

  • Are airdrops dead?

  • The secrets behind a successful TGE

  • How Jupiter got it right

Big love to the Jupiter team for showing the Web3 world what community-building really looks like.

Yo, did you catch EP7 of Chain Reactions yet? If not, what are you even doing with your life? We've got James Chi from Camp Network dropping knowledge bombs about L2 blockchains, digital identity, and community power. Trust me, it's better than binge-watching cat videos.

Quick Bites

That's it. That's all we got! Talk next week.
